Location very good, less than 10 minutes walk from St . Marks Square and a few minutes from boat station. Good breakfast. Room very clean, a bit small but fine. Spacious shower. Staff very nice and helpful. No lift but knew that beforehand.

The hotel was clean and comfortable enough for couple of night stays. Location was also very reasonable with walking distance to San Marco. Overall it was a good stay and we had a comfortable time in Hotel Nuovo. Hotel has 24/7 reception which was very nice.

The best about this hotel is the staff. Very helpful, gave us a map and a little introduction about the points of interest. The room was nice and clean. They were cleaning every day. The breakfast was ok, and as I wrote about the staff, the lady in charge of breakfast (waitress) was very friendly. Exceptional service!

The people were friendly and helpful. My room was recently renovated and a good size. The shower was strong. The breakfast was nice and the location perfect.

Room is small but very clean, the staff was really kind and responsive! Excellent location, close by foot to the San Marco square. Plenty of restaurants around.

The Hotel is great, a short walk from St Marks, 2 minute if that walk from the Vaperreto. Great places to eat and the most excellent staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and nice. The location was great. Easy access to the ferries. Lots if restaurants close by. Was 500 ft from ferry drop off point.
